  • Owner must live on-site and own the ADU.

Parking

  • 2 off-street spaces per ADU; exceptions: must share the same driveway as the principal dwelling; must be in rear yard with ≥15 ft side/rear setbacks; off-street only (no street right-of-way or areas within 10 ft of it may count)

Rental Restrictions

  • Occupancy limited to a disabled/elderly person, family member, occasional guest, or caregiver; no general or short-term rentals.
