  • –Owner must reside in either the principal or the ADU

  • –Municipality-wide min: 0; Old Louisville/Limerick TNZD requires 1 space per ARU (ADU not counted as an extra unit); off-street parking must meet Chapter 9, with 10% reductions within 1,000 feet of transit; max by district (e.g., Suburban Form 5, Traditional Form 3).
