- –Maximum size of 850 sq ft for a studio or one-bedroom detached ADU, or 1,000 sq ft for a two-bedroom detached ADU.
Max Units
- –Single-family: 1 ADU per lot; 1 JADU per lot; a detached ADU may be combined with 1 JADU.
- –Multifamily: interior/converted ADUs: at least 1, up to 25% of existing units; detached: up to 2 per lot.

Parking
