- –STR-1 (owner-occupied): requires special use permit and business license; max 29 consecutive days; only 1 guest room in an approved ADU. STR-2 (non-owner-occupied): allowed only with approved PZD and business license; citywide rules prohibit more than one party at a time and require a 1-day minimum rental.
